Powers up. The Rotavap and Vacuum Controller both power on. The Rotavapor rotates from the low through high settings. The buttons on the Vacuum Controller have positive feedback and it engages when the start button is pressed. We do not have the capability to test it any further. V-800 Controller operates. No glassware. No further testing.
With a Rotavapor, single step distillations are performed quickly and in a product friendly manner. The
basis of this procedure is the evaporation and condensation of solvents using a rotating evaporating
flask under vacuum. Distilling products under vacuum increases the performance and helps to protect
the products.
